Tim has spent nearly two decades learning the ins and outs of good business. Since beginning his career as a regional sales representative in South Carolina, to his most recent role as a Global Marketing Director in Missouri, Tim has thrived in an array of essential business functions at Nestle, the world's largest food and beverage company, its pet-care subsidiary Purina. He has both his undergraduate and MBA degree from University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.
Tim leads from a Servant Leadership philosophy, believing strongly that a leader's job is to clear the path for the people around them, not the other way around. That means showing up for his team, listening before acting, and understanding that the success of a business and the wellbeing of its people are the same thing. Owning a business on Hawai'i Island means accepting stewardship of something larger than the numbers — the livelihoods of employees, the trust of long-standing customers, and a role in the broader community.
Across nearly two decades in sales and marketing, Tim's consistent approach has been built on relationships. Understanding what a customer actually needs, finding the honest answer to how to deliver a solution that works for everyone, and building the kind of trust that keeps people coming back. That's the approach he intends to bring to ownership on Hawai'i Island.
